pkjo Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pkjo platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of any entity or third party, you additionally confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered players, and users of pkjo. These terms are effective as of the date of your first use of the platform and remain in effect until your account is closed and all outstanding transactions have been settled.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pkjo, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkjo enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Providing false information about your age during registration is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must be a human individual. Registrations by automated means, bots, or scripts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of pkjo, or an immediate family member of such a person.

pkjo reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) pkjo account only. Opening more than one account per player — whether under the same name, contact details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is a violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and keep that information up to date throughout your use of pkjo.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkjo will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• You must notify pkjo immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

Account Sharing

pkjo accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to use your account, access your balance, place bets on your behalf, or claim bonuses using your account. Account sharing is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on pkjo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pkjo supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pkjo's discretion with notice to players.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. pkjo does not impose a maximum deposit limit, but individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Deposits are credited to your pkjo account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pkjo is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's system or network outages.
• pkjo does not charge a fee on deposits. Any fees charged by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with pkjo support.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification checks. pkjo reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds thresholds set at pkjo's discretion.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirements are stated in each individual promotion's terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pkjo offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each eligible bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion's terms explicitly state that repeat claims are permitted.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and cannot be claimed by existing account holders who close and re-open an account.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money.
• pkjo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal of a promotion will be honoured subject to the original terms of that promotion.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of any related winnings.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on pkjo are provided by third-party game studios and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing authorities. By playing any game on pkjo, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by the RNG systems of our certified game providers. pkjo has no ability to influence the outcome of any game round, hand, spin, or bet.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, pkjo's system will complete the round using the game's internal logic. The outcome of the completed round will be credited or debited to your account accordingly.
• pkjo reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software fault, or data-feed failure has caused an incorrect result or pay-out to be displayed or credited.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round as displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, game provider, and table.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkjo. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on pkjo, or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or any software tools to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in an automated manner.
• Colluding with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or table games, or sharing game-state information in real-time during live casino sessions.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pkjo staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or any other contact method available on the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

pkjo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• pkjo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other form of financial crime in connection with the player's account.
• The player has failed to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the timeframe requested by pkjo.

Upon account termination for cause, pkjo may forfeit any bonus balances, bonus winnings, and — where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed — real-money balances as well. Where an account is closed without cause at pkjo's discretion, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

9. Responsible Gaming

pkjo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting pkjo's support team. A self-excluded player will be prevented from logging in, depositing, or claiming bonuses for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Session reminders: Players may configure session time alerts from within their account settings to receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality checks: At any time, players may review their full transaction history, bet history, session durations, and net gaming activity from within the Account section of their pkjo profile.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkjo's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkjo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with a player's use of or inability to use the platform or any game thereon, even if pkjo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkjo platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is owned by or licensed to pkjo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the pkjo platform without pkjo's prior written consent.

12. Privacy

pkjo collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using pkjo, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the full Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the footer of every page on pkjo.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pkjo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pkjo will provide reasonable notice to registered players via a notification displayed upon login or by email to the address registered on the account. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of pkjo following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using pkjo and may request account closure by contacting the support team.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of pkjo that cannot be resolved through pkjo's internal complaint resolution process should be directed to pkjo's customer support team in the first instance. pkjo is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. Players who remain dissatisfied after exhausting pkjo's internal resolution process may seek independent advice or mediation through appropriate channels available in their jurisdiction.
